As Net Control 2 is on-premise software installed on customer infrastructure, all customer-owned data resides exclusively on customer-controlled servers. Upon service termination:
- Customers retain full control and ownership of their data, which remains on their systems. Customers are responsible also for archiving or disposing of their on-premise data per their internal policies.
- We permanently delete all customer organizational records, license information, and support history from our systems upon written termination request. And will provide written confirmation of data destruction from our systems within 30 days of termination.
