Broadcast Desktop uses UDP ports, depending on the channel number chosen.
2023 + (ChannelNo x 32), 2024 + (ChannelNo x 32) and 2025 + (ChannelNo x 32);
for example, Channel #0 uses ports 2023, 2024 and 2025; Channel #1 uses ports 2055, 2056 and 2057 respectively.
Speech Manager uses the port UDP 2013 on the receiver side, if the port is already used by another application (service) the software uses a first available port from the range 42436..43000
