Specified prices are final prices or a subscription?

No! Specified price is a retail price, and not a subscription. This price includes the cost of license and electronic delivery of the license. The price does not include VAT or US Sales tax, optional delivery on CD.

Each license includes 24-month free upgrade period, and lifetime free update period. Purchased version of the software may be used without any time limitations.
