Remote Desktop feature failed with error message on user side "ERR: Video Hook Driver is not properly installed"

This error message may appear in several cases:
1. User Computer was not restarted after installation.
Solution: restart computer after installation Net Control 2 Video Hook Driver and before starting Remote Desktop session.

2. Update: previous version of the software removal was not complete.
Updating the software manually, do not forget to restart the computer after removal of previous version.
Solution: restart the computer and install the software again.

3. 64-bit version of Windows XP used
64-bit versions of Windows XP is not supported (64-bit versions of Windows Vista/2008/7 are supported without any limitations).

4. Windows XP: device installation policy requires Microsoft's digital signature for all installed drivers.
Solution: for Windows XP, click Control Panel -> System, open Hardware tab, click "Driver Signing" button, choose any option, excepting "Block".

In addition, you can disable the display driver acceleration for Remote Desktop or Broadcast Desktop features. In Net Control 2 Administrator Console:

- select client computers;

- click the main menu command N -> Options -> Remote Computer Options;

- on Control/Broadcast tab ( or Components tab for version 8), select the "Do not use (Aero safe)" option of the Display Driver acceleration option group.
