Can Net Control 2 software be used for controlling remote computers over Internet?

Yes, but first you need to build a VPN (virtual private network) between all your computers (remote and local) with third party software. When virtual network is built you can use Net Control 2 as if it were installed in your local network. Net Control 2 cannot be used for connecting remote computers over Internet directly without VPN connections.
