All specified volume and unlimited licenses are permanent and not a subscription. The price includes the cost of the license, 24-month free upgrade period (to future versions), and lifetime free update period (within bounds of the major version number, e.g. 9.xx), electronic delivery. Purchased version of the software may be used without time limitations. The price does not include VAT, US Sales tax, optional delivery on CD.
