An update within major version number of purchased version is always available for free of charge, i.e. if you have purchased a license for version 9.0, you can use any future version of the same edition, if the first (major) number of version is 9. For example, 9.10, 9.15, 9.20 etc. To download the latest version of the software, please use the link, sent together with the registration information from a reseller, or request us for the latest version of the software: http://www.netcontrol2.com/downloads

An upgrade to next version (for example, from version 8 to 9) is a subject of upgrade policies:

For all licenses, ordered within bounds of version 9, we offer free upgrade to any future version within 24 months from the moment of purchase.
