Bank account requisites are necessary element of international trade contract according to the law ("Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus", No. 7 of January 4, 2000):

Duties of legal entities when implementing foreign trade operations:

 "...to provide in the external trade contract the presence of date and place of conclusion of the contract, the subject of contract, quantity, quality and price of the goods, liability of parties, order of settlement of disputes and also names, legal addresses and   bank  requisites   of the contractual parties."
