Cannot find computers in the network.

When Net Control 2 cannot find computers in the local network (using Scan feature):



1. Please verify that User computers in the network belongs to the same Group as chosen in Net Control 2 Administrator:
a) DEFAULT:
an active group, specified on "Groups" tab of Net Control 2 Administrator is  "DEFAULT":

In this case, accordingly,  "Group Name" parameter of User computer should be blank: on User computers, click [N] icon in the System Tray, then click "Configure" menu command. On "Groups" tab, please verify that "Group Name" field is empty:



b) or both computers have the same name:
  


If both computers belongs to the same group, but connection still cannot be established, please read "Remote Computer is not Connected" chapters in this section.
